Nestled amongst the stunning scenery of Seaford Head with spectacular views across Seaford bay, we provide a distinct venue in Sussex catering for up to 120 guests whether it be a private special occasion or a corporate business event.
Our function rooms can be hired for birthdays (including children’s afternoon tea parties), wakes, parties, baby showers, and weddings. The function room also offers a distinct meeting venue in Sussex that comfortably accommodates a number of different business events, including small intimate business meetings, seminars, small conferences, banquets and receptions. We can cater for up to 120 people, from buffets to full sit-down meals. We offer free on-site parking in our large car park shared with Seaford Head Golf Club, disabled access and toilets, the venue is air-conditioned and provides Wifi. Wakes
The View is one of the most popular venues in East Sussex for funeral receptions, funeral teas and funeral wakes.
We can offer a wide range of options for seating, settings, catering and services to suit the occasion. We can cordon-off a section of The View for private functions. There is a private room, AV (slide presentations) equipment, separate bar and trained staff.

The View is a fully accessible restaurant in Seaford with a bar, meeting room, patio garden, terrace with free parking. There is a spacious L-shaped lounge with adaptable partitioning to segregate key areas for functions, weddings and events. The building has been eco-designed to save energy and water, recycle waste and taking advantage of the high cliff-top seafront position by generating energy with solar PV heating. Dogs are welcome at our outside eating area. The View hosts some of the best events in Sussex and offers the perfect function room for hire.
